Paying the flat fee, in two halves
How is the fee set?
Each package is one flat fee for our work. On the free call we name the package that fits, and the fee goes in the letter you sign before we draft anything.
When do we pay?
Half when you sign the fee letter and half on signing day. The care package is billed in two halves too: at the start, and when the application is filed.
What isn’t covered?
Each package lists what’s left out. Most often it’s a second property, a contested court hearing or an appeal. We quote those in writing before any work.
Do you charge for the first call?
No. The twenty-minute call is free, and so is the fee letter that comes after it.
Can we pay by card?
Yes, by card, check or bank transfer.
Will, trust or care package?
Tell us a little on the free call and we’ll name the package and the fee.
